The following is a summary of some of the arrests this week by Caddo Sheriff’s deputies assigned to the Caddo-Shreveport Financial Crimes Task Force.

On February 22, Aaron D. Alexander, 38, of the 3000 block of Samford in Shreveport, was charged with Unauthorized Use of an Access Card/Felony Theft. Alexander is accused of using another person’s debit card without permission for a loss of $800.  He was caught on video completing the transactions at an ATM.  Alexander was already in Caddo Correctional Center on another charge when the UUAC was added. The case was investigated by Detective Casey Jones.

On February 19, Markeva Shackleford, 30, of Bossier City, was booked into CCC for Access Device Fraud. Shackleford is accused of stealing a woman’s wallet at a store in Bossier City and then providing the woman’s debit card to her boyfriend, Perry McKnight, who made $1,038 in fraudulent purchases with the card.
