A man who forced a kiss from a woman at a local convenience store was arrested Wednesday by Caddo deputies, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

On May 14, a 51-year-old woman reported that she was grabbed and kissed by an unknown man while she was outside the Super S store at 3910 Roy Road where she had just made a purchase. The woman said she allowed the man to give her a Mother’s Day hug on her way into the store. When she came back outside, he approached her again in a harassing manner, spoke profanely to her, and forced a kiss upon her.  The woman took a screenshot of the suspect with her cell phone and reported the incident to Caddo Deputy Chris Davis.

A follow-up investigation by Detective Keith Fox led deputies to the Blanchard Place Apartments where Frank Spencer Robertson Jr., 53, was identified as the suspect and a resident of the apartment complex. A warrant was obtained for Robertson, and he was located and arrested at his apartment.

Fox said it is believed that Robertson committed a similar act of accosting and randomly kissing a woman at the Blanchard Place Apartments on at least one other occasion. The investigation is continuing.

Robertson was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for simple battery. His bond was set at $50,000.
