Caddo Sheriff's detectives arrested a man on terrorizing charges for making bomb threats over the phone, said Sheriff Steve Prator.
Joe Nathan Graham, 52, of Lancaster, Texas, was arrested in Keithville by Detective Michael Escude. Graham was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on two counts of terrorizing.
Graham is accused of using his friend's cell phone to call 911 and state that there was a bomb at a local business. Several minutes later he used another friend's phone to call 911 and clarify information about the alleged bomb.
The following day he made two more calls to 911 about a bomb at the same business. One of calls was from a pay phone and another from an automotive business.
Graham's bond has been set at $50,184 on each charge.
