Sheriff promotes two in ceremony this morning

Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator promoted two deputies today during a ceremony at the Northwest Re-Entry Facility.

Ryan Dibler, a 17-year veteran of the Sheriff’s Office, was promoted to sergeant in Security at the Caddo Correctional Center. Dibler has also worked in the Patrol and Civil divisions.

Sabrina Raborn, a 20-year employee, was promoted to Manager of the Re-Entry Program. She also has served in Mental Health and as the substation coordinator for Re-Entry.

During the recognition ceremony, Sheriff Prator honored 46 employees for their years of service to the Sheriff’s Office. They are: Christan Dickey, Robert Fertal, Matthew Henry, Patricia Scott, Jesse Williams, and Candace Young, five years; Nielah Evans, Joshua Grimes, Vincent Jackson, Audria Jones, Latesha Jones, Yolonda Jones, Matthew Lucky, Brian Riley, and Davis Romero, ten years; and Jamie Clifton and Staci Gallien, 15 years.

Other employees recognized were Marcus Bedford, Denetrius Bell, Gary Brown, Carolyn Coleman, Rodney Eaton, Meosha Hamilton, Bobby Herring, Lavonda’ Hogan, Effie Mackey, Robert Montoya, Gary Pace, Lawrence Pierre, Sabrina Raborn, Linda Richardson, Triena Waddles, and Reece Woodel, 20 years; David Boone, George Davis, Steve Douglas, Verdis Hays, April Kelly, John McDonald III, Edward Rawls, Lonney Smalley, Stuart Talbot, and Felix Thomas, 25 years; Pat Burroughs, Steven Joe, and Greg Sims, 30 years.
