The Caddo Sheriff’s Office will host a public health fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 25, at Open Range Fellowship in Greenwood. Open Range is located at 9950 Hwy. 80.

Citizens can receive free hearing tests, cholesterol and blood pressure checks, dental screenings, and other health-related information and services, said Sheriff Steve Prator. Door prizes will also be given away.

Participants in the health fair include the Town of Greenwood, North Louisiana Coalition for the Health of Women and Children, New Horizons Independent Living Center, LSUHCS Human Research Protection Program, Amedisys Home Health Hospice, Ocean Dental, Caddo Council on Aging,  Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency, Alzheimer’s Association, Regional Hospice Care Group, Feist-Weiller Breast Center, Audibel of Shreveport, Life Share Blood Center, Louisiana Choices, Humana, Deaf Action Center, Sexual Assault Center, Forest Park Funeral Home, Causey Pharmacy Services & Nursing and Medication Management, Lifetime Wellness, MADD, Gingerbread House,  the Caddo Parish District Attorney’s Office, Providence House, and Woodmen of the World.
