Telephones

Collect call telephones are provided for Inmates to have access to telephones during their recreation time, excluding lockdown times for normal operational and emergency procedures.

The phone service provider is City Tele Coin. The phone number or numbers you allow an Inmate to call you with, will need to have an account set-up with City Tele Coin. City Tele Coin can be reached at (318) 746-1114.
