The Caddo Sheriff's Office will be collecting unserviceable flags to be retired by the American Legion Post 14 on Flag Day.

Flags can be dropped off at the north substation on Hwy. 1 in Oil City; the south substation at 9956 Mansfield Road in Keithville; or the central substation at 4910 North Market in Shreveport until noon on Friday. The flags will then be turned over to the American Legion to be retired with respect and honorable rites during their Flag Day ceremony at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 14.  The public is invited to attend the ceremony on the American Legion grounds.
