Three cited for selling alcohol to underage persons

An investigation into the illegal sale of alcohol to underage persons resulted in three summonses being issued, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.

On Friday, June 13, the Sheriff’s Youth Services Division checked 32 businesses for compliance with state laws and parish ordinances. Three clerks were issued summonses for the unlawful sale of alcohol to persons under 21.

Those cited were:

1. Howard Huckabee, 52, of Bethany, cited at H&H Grocery on Springridge Texas State Line Road in Springridge.

2. Isam Samander, 43, of Shreveport, cited at Yummy Daiquiri on Colquitt Road in Keithville.

3.  Justin D. Lincecum, 25, of Vivian, cited at Elbert’s Truck Stop, on Hwy. 71 in Ida.
