Caddo Sheriff’s deputies responded to a fatal crash that left one man dead on Shreveport-Blanchard Hwy. (LA 173) early this morning, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

The crash occurred around 2 a.m. just inside the Blanchard corporate limits. The vehicle was southbound when it drifted off the right side of the road. The driver, 46-year-old Ronald Gregory Moore, over corrected sending the vehicle off the left side of the road and causing it to roll over several times, according to Sgt. William Gaines of the Sheriff’s Traffic Safety Unit.

Moore was the sole occupant of the vehicle. He was unrestrained and ejected from the vehicle.

The investigation is continuing.
