Caddo  Sheriff's deputies are investigating the early morning armed robbery of a fast food restaurant in north Shreveport, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.

Three employees at McDonald's at 5849 North Market were preparing to open the restaurant for business around 5 a.m. when two male suspects appeared inside. They were armed with a TASER and pepper spray. One employee was sprayed with pepper spray and another was stunned with the TASER. Both were treated at the scene. The third employee was not injured.

The two suspects, who were described only as black males, fled the business after taking an undisclosed amount of cash. One was wearing black pants and the other was wearing shorts.
