The Caddo Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in locating Jeri M. Allen Sr., a convicted sex offender who has repeatedly failed to register with authorities as required by law.

In 2006, Allen was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child in Texas. He was released from jail in 2010 but was arrested in Caddo Parish in 2011 for failing to register as a sex offender. After serving two years in jail, he was released in January 2014 but again failed to register. Allen also violated the law by establishing a Facebook page, which is prohibited because of the age of his victim.  He is required to register quarterly with the Sheriff’s Office.    

Deputies have searched all known addresses for Allen but have not located him. His last known address was on Liberty Street. He was seen this morning on Hollywood Avenue.

Allen is a 37-year-old black male with a dark complexion. He is 5’10 and 200 lbs.
