The second phase of a Caddo Parish FEMA assessment is set to take place on Wednesday when teams view public locations impacted by Red River flooding.

Representatives from local, state, and federal agencies will gather at the Caddo Emergency Operations Center at 8 a.m. for a brief meeting before heading into the community to see how public services were impacted.

The teams will be visiting any public buildings, public utilities, water control facilities, roads and bridges, and recreational areas where damage was reported.

FEMA preliminary assessment teams visited Caddo neighborhoods on June 16 to assess individual damage.
