The Caddo Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted for indecent behavior with a juvenile.

Willie Dewayne Watkins, 34, also known as Dewayne Willie Watkins, 31, is wanted for misconduct with a 10-year-old girl. The incident allegedly occurred in August at a residence on Rutledge Avenue in Caddo Parish.

Watkins is known to frequent the old Bernstein Apartments near West 70th Street, the 3700 block of Karen Street, the 400 block of Gravois Street, and the 400 block of Rutledge Avenue, all in southwest Shreveport. 

He is described as a black male, 5’6, 140 lbs.
