The Caddo Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying the driver of this GMC pickup. It’s believed he may have information that could assist in CPSO’s investigation of an obscenity case, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.

Detectives say a man exposed himself to a teenage girl near Line Avenue and Kings Highway on January 22.

The driver who may have information is a white male with medium skin color and an average build, in his mid-to-late 20s, with brown shaggy hair and a scruffy beard.  His vehicle is black with running boards and a chrome tool box attached to the bed.
