The Caddo Sheriff’s Office Youth Services Division cited seven people on Monday during an investigation into the illegal sale of alcohol to underage persons, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.

Deputies checked approximately 30 businesses throughout the parish. The following is a list of employees who violated the law by selling alcohol to a person under the legal age of 21. Also listed is the location where the violation took place.

1.         Jonie Goins, 28, Relay Station, 9110 Hwy. 79, Greenwood;

2.         Kimberly Cole, 53, Outlaw Bar at Tobacco Country, 11650 Hwy. 80, Greenwood;

3.         Briana Adams, 23, S&A Truck Stop, 12300 Mansfield Road, Keithville;

4.         Osama Hizam, 17, First and Last Stop, 10277 Linwood Avenue, Keithville;

5.         Deshawanna Adams, 23, E-Z Mart, 201 Hwy. 1, Oil City;

6.         Helen Jackson, 48, Cash Magic, 14347 Hwy. 1, Vivian; and

7.         Farajallah Khatib, 42, Red Rocket, 15585 Hwy. 1, Vivian.

Two people, Cole and Khatib, were repeat offenders for selling alcohol to underage persons. Both were cited in November for the same violation.
