Caddo Sheriff's deputies are investigating a crash where the driver was ejected from his vehicle, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Gary Riley, Jr., 30, of Stonewall was traveling eastbound near Four Forks Road when he lost control of his truck. According to Patrol Sgt. Carl Henderson, Riley's vehicle crossed the road, hit a culvert, flipped over, and hit a tree. He was taken to University Health for treatment.

The accident was investigated by the CPSO Patrol Division.
