Caddo Sheriff’s detectives are investigating the armed robbery of the Relay Station on Hwy. 79 in Bethany early this morning, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

A black male armed with a pistol entered the business around 2 a.m. and demanded money from the clerk. When he was unable to get cash, he took a package of cigarettes and fled the business. He was seen getting into the passenger side of a dark vehicle.

The suspect is described as about 6 feet tall, wearing an orange shirt, dark pants, blue bandana around his face, a yellow and green neon hat, and bright orange tennis shoes.
