CPSO seeks owner of horse

The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office is searching for the owner a brown mare found on Jonquil Street in Shreveport on August 19. To claim the horse or receive more information, contact CPSO Cpl. Gary Bailey at 681-1120. If the owner is not identified in 10 days, the horse will be sold at auction.
