Caddo deputies are asking for the public’s help with identifying a suspect in the December 2016 shooting of Shreveport businessman Robert Creamer.

Creamer was inside an apartment located behind his furniture business at 5189 Shreveport-Blanchard Highway just after 8 p.m. on December 29 when he heard a noise and dogs barking. Creamer told deputies that he armed himself and went to investigate. When he entered the garage area, an unknown suspect fired at him, and he returned fire. Creamer, who is 78, was hit in the hand. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The Caddo Sheriff’s Office has released this video of the suspect and is asking anyone with information about his identity to contact Det. Keith Fox at 675-2170 or Caddo-Shreveport Crime Stoppers at 673-7373. It is believed the suspect is a white male who was wearing a red bandana over his face.
