A Mooringsport man wanted on child molestation charges turned himself in to the Caddo Sheriff's Office today after learning there was a warrant for his arrest.

Terry Lynn Terry, 45, was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center by Lt. Sam Hall after Terry contacted the Sheriff's Office about the warrant. Terry had been working in Iowa and agreed with his family members that he would return to Caddo Parish and turn himself in today.

Terry is accused of molesting three children between 1985 and 2008. He came under investigation after the first victim, who is now 28, learned that Terry recently had been in the company of other juveniles. She then reported to law enforcement details of activities dating back to 1985. Her statements led authorities to two other victims, who also reported they had been molested. The youngest child is currently five.

Terry's bond has been set at $150,000.
