Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator announced the arrest of a West Monroe man for the aggravated rapes of two juveniles.

Nathaniel Lashawn Kelly, 31, was arrested at his residence today by Caddo Deputies Robert Greer and David Bartlett, and the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office Warrants Division. Kelly was immediately returned to Caddo Parish where he was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center. Bond on his warrant was set at $500,000.

According to Greer, who investigated the case, Kelly is accused of having sexual contact with two girls, ages 8 and 10, in the summer of 2008 while he was visiting here from West Monroe. The girls were family friends.

Prator said the investigation into complaints involving Kelly is continuing.
