Hunters Ed Course

The Caddo Sheriff’s Regional Training Academy will host a hunter safety education field day course for hunters seeking to acquire their state certification, said Sheriff Steve Prator.  

The course will be held from 5-9 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, at the Sheriff's Training Academy located at 15639 LA Hwy. 1 in Shreveport.

All field day participants must complete the online portion of the hunter safety course offered through the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. Participants are asked to print, sign, and bring proof of online course completion to the field day course.
