Caddo deputies discovered a working meth lab at 8141 Paula Kay Place when they went there to conduct an investigation on Tuesday.

Deputies said a strong chemical odor could be smelled coming from the residence when they made contact with Christopher Edenfield at the front door.Inside the residence patrol deputies found a working meth lab in the bathroom. Edenfield was in the process of making meth when deputies arrived at the house. A glass dish was on an electric burner cooking the meth product.

Edenfield, 34, was arrested by Cpl. Sean McCullough and booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for creation of a clandestine lab and possession of methamphetamine.
