Two more people have been arrested in connection with Monday's shooting at 4584 Pinehill Road, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.

On Wednesday, Caddo detectives arrested the victim, Kevin Dominique, 19, of Shreveport, and charged him with illegal use of a firearm and illegal carrying of a weapon.

Detectives said Dominique and 19-year-old Desilu Dlane Mitchell got into an argument over a lost cell phone. The argument led to a fist fight and then a shoot-out between the two men. Dominique was shot in the shoulder. Within minutes of the shooting, Mitchell was arrested for aggravated second-degree battery when he and his girlfriend, Alisa Marlow, were stopped in a vehicle on Grimmett Drive.

Marlow, 18, of Shreveport, was also arrested on Wednesday. She was charged with accessory after the fact to second-degree battery.
