Caddo Sheriff 's patrol deputies arrested two men early this morning after making a traffic stop in north Caddo Parish and finding a large amount of marijuana concealed in one of the men's pants.

Caddo Deputy Jessica Benevage was patrolling on LA Hwy. 3049 near Gilliam when she passed a vehicle with no license plate traveling at an extremely slow rate of speed. Benevage turned around and stopped the vehicle, driven by Clarence Joyner.

During an interview of the passenger, Dartevious Frazier, the deputy noticed that Frazier was attempting to conceal something in his pants. The item turned out to be a bag containing a half pound of marijuana. The marijuana was divided into smaller packages for sale.

Both Frazier 18, of Cullen, and Joyner, 26, of Springhill, were booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for distribution of marijuana.
