CSO arrests missing woman's ex- boyfriend

Caddo sheriff's deputies have arrested the ex-boyfriend of a missing woman whose car was found burned, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Detectives obtained an arrest warrant on Tuesday for Eddie Lee Jackson, 40, of Oil City. Jackson was located about 10:30 p.m. traveling north on Hwy. 1 near Oil City. His car was stopped, and he was arrested without incident.

Jackson was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for second-degree kidnapping. His bond was set at $300,000 by Judge Ramona Emanuel.

Jackson is the ex-boyfriend of 30-year-old Tracy Winslow, who was reported missing by her family on Monday. Detectives believe Jackson abducted Winslow outside her apartment in Oil City late Sunday night. Winslow's car was found burned around 2:30 a.m. Monday near North Lakeshore and Kuhn's Road. Detectives are still actively searching for Winslow and urge anyone with additional information to contact the Caddo Sheriff's Office at 675-2170 or Crime Stoppers at 673-7373.
