Caddo Sheriff' Steve Prator announced the arrest of a Shreveport man today in connection with a series of car burglaries in north Caddo Parish.

Jason Harris, 23, of the 5600 block of Crystal, was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on three counts of burglary, Prator said.

Harris was arrested by Sheriff's Detectives Charles Bradford and Michael Price in connection with a spate of burglaries that occurred March 6 on Wood Duck Circle, Soda Lake Drive and Soda Point Circle in Wildwood Mobile Estates.A 9mm handgun, stereo equipment, a radar detector, and GPS were taken in the burglaries.
