CSO deputies to receive promotions

Two Caddo Sheriff's deputies will be promoted by Sheriff Steve Prator during a ceremony at 8:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 23, at the Caddo Correctional Center Re-entry Facility. 

Mickey McDaniel, a 23-year deputy, will be promoted to lieutenant and Margaret McClure, a 25-year deputy, will be promoted to sergeant. McDaniel will serve as relief lieutenant in the Patrol Bureau, while McClure will take over operation of the Sheriff's Office Evidence and Property Room.

McDaniel has served in Corrections, Patrol, and as a school resource officer and supervisor in Criminal Investigations/Youth Services Division. He is a past recipient of the VFW Officer of the Year award. McClure has served in Internal Affairs, Patrol, Narcotics, and on the DEA Task Force. She is a member of the Sheriff's Office Critical Incident Stress Management Team and is the regional coordinator of the Southern Law Enforcement Foundation critical incident team.

Recognition will also be given to Heather Harp, Cory Newton, Andrea Samuel, Mary Allen, Jacqueline Daughtery, Kevin Calhoun, and Allyson Cook for five years of service; Kenneth Bonin, Levi Brown, Robert Greer, Glennis Hawkins, Adam Jacobo, Fred Jaep, Theressa Jefferson, Gary Lee, William Manchester, James Norwood and Billy Nunnery, 10 years of service; Janet Rosengarn, Jack Anderson, David Robinson, and Kelly Middleton, 15 years; Bobby Williams, Dorothy Carter, Joyce Deal, William T. Douglas, Rick Farris, Frankie Monette, Jason Morgan, Willie Mosely, Mike Smith, and Andre' Tisdon, 20 years.

Newton, Calhoun, Cook, and Grady Hardman will all be recognized for reaching senior deputy level. Bonin, Brown, Greer, Hawkins, Jacobo, Jaep, Lee, Manchester, Norwood, and Nunnery will be recognized for reaching corporal level.
