Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator is hosting a hunter education class this week at Sheriff’s Safety Town.

The course will be held from 6-10 p.m. on Wednedsay, Dec. 7, and Friday, Dec. 9, and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 10. Attendance at all three sessions is required. Safety Town is located at 8910 Jewella Avenue behind Summer Grove Baptist Church.

Anyone born on or after September 1, 1969, is required to successfully complete the course to obtain a hunting license in Louisiana. Registration can be completed on-line at www.wlf.louisiana.gov. There is no charge for the course.
