Caddo Sheriff’s detectives arrested two people this week for improper sexual behavior with juveniles.

In the first case, Det. Jared Marshall arrested 58-year-old Stephen Lee Moore Sr. of Vivian for touching a juvenile in a sexually inappropriate manner. The incident occurred on two occasions. Moore was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on Oct. 11 on two counts of aggravated incest.

In an unrelated case, Det. Jackie Winston arrested 47-year-old Clydie Edward Rone Jr. for touching a juvenile in a sexually inappropriate manner on two occasions. Rone, of the 7800 block of Womack Road in Shreveport, was booked into CCC on Oct. 8 on two counts of molestation of a juvenile.
