Caddo Sheriff's deputies arrested a Keithville man Monday night for his fourth DWI, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Deputy Jamie Hendrix was patrolling the Sugar Hills Subdivision in south Caddo Parish around 10 p.m. when he observed a vehicle run through a stop sign at the intersection of Ivory Lane and the Keithville-Kingston Road. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified as Richard A. Garner, 56.

Garner displayed signs of intoxication and failed a field sobriety test. After a breath test, he was placed under arrest for DWI 4th and transported to the Caddo Correctional Center and booked into jail. No bond has been set on Garner's charges.
