Steven Ross, 48, of Pasadena, CA, turned himself in to authorities at the Caddo Correctional Center after Sheriff’s Detective Frank Edmondson obtained a warrant for his arrest.
Ross is accused of taking money for work on a residence that was being remodeled, but not paying the sub-contractors who did the work or the companies that provided materials.
His bond was set at $15,000.The investigation is continuing.
