The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office is seeking motivated, community-minded individuals to join its Detention team. We will be hosting a Corrections Deputy Career Fair on Saturday, July 19, from 8 AM to 12 PM at the Caddo Correctional Center, located at 1101 Forum Drive, Shreveport, LA.

Prospective applicants who complete an application will receive a tour of the Caddo Correctional Center and have the chance to ask questions to help them determine if a career as a correctional officer is the right fit for them. We also have openings in our food service department for individuals interested in culinary arts, as well as positions in our records division for those with clerical skills. Additionally, we are hiring for professional roles, including Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, and Paramedics.

Individuals who are 21 years of age or older and interested in applying should be prepared to provide a valid driver's license, birth certificate, social security card, high school diploma, a General Educational Development (GED) equivalent, or a college degree from an accredited educational institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
