Caddo Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help to locate Martin Dewayne Allen, 47, of Shreveport. 

The Division of Probation and Parole has a warrant for Allen’s arrest for probation violation. Caddo deputies also believe Allen may have information that can assist in their investigation of a bomb threat made in October.

Martin is a white male, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5’11 and 210 lbs.
