The Caddo Sheriff’s Office has outstanding warrants for Penny Powell, also known as Penny Cross Beuton, for the offenses of unauthorized use of an access card and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Powell is a white female, 5’9, 205 lbs. She is 54 years old and is believed to live in Hosston.

Powell is accused of taking a family member’s debit card while the victim was in the hospital and making $7,652 in unauthorized withdrawals and purchases. She’s also accused of taking the victim’s vehicle without permission.
