The Caddo Sheriff’s Office Personnel Division will hold a recruitment event from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday, October 6, at Sheriff’s Safety Town. Safety Town is located at 8910 Jewella Avenue on the west side of Summer Grove Baptist Church in Shreveport.

The Sheriff’s Office has positions available for POST deputy and Corrections deputy. Recruiters will be on hand to provide information about the application and hiring process and qualifications for new employees.

Deputies from Patrol, Corrections, Detectives, Special Response Team, Emergency Response Team, K-9, and Crime Scene Investigations will also be present to provide information and answer questions about opportunities within the Sheriff’s Office.
