A Waskom man was arrested for sexually assaulting a juvenile in Caddo Parish, said Sheriff Steve Prator. 

Charles Warren Clayton, 64, was arrested on Monday and booked into the Caddo Correctional Center following an investigation by Det. Chris Ardoin.

Clayton is accused of sexually assaulting the victim over a 13-year period. He has been previously convicted of Video Voyeurism in 2006.

Clayton was located in Waskom, Tx. by the U.S. Marshal's Task Force and booked into CCC with no bond. He was charged with Aggravated Rape and Molestation of a Juvenile.
