Caddo Sheriff's Office detectives arrested a Keithville man after he physically abused a child, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Det. Ray Saunders received a report about the abuse on Sunday, April 24. After an interview with the juvenile along with evidence of bruises on the child's body, 31 year-old Gavin Turner was arrested and booked into Caddo Correctional Center charged with cruelty to juveniles.
