CPSO arrests Shreveport man for video voyeurism

Caddo detectives arrested a Shreveport man on Friday for video voyeurism targeting a minor under the age of 13, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

On May 31, CPSO Youth Services Detective Ray Saunders received a complaint about a juvenile being recorded while in the shower. Further investigation and video evidence recovered by CPSO Cyber Crimes Detective Tommy Lites determined 36-year-old Andrew Campbell, who previously served 15 years for murder, was responsible for the illegal recordings. 

Campbell was arrested on June 10 charged with video voyeurism. He was booked into Caddo Correctional Center and is being held without bond.
