Agents with the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Narcotics Unit arrested a Shreveport man on Tuesday afternoon after they seized approximately $65,120 worth of drugs from his home, said Sheriff Steve Prator.
On August 9, Caddo narcotics agents executed a search warrant at an apartment unit on the 100 block of Ute Trail. They found 53-year-old Cedric Ragster with a Glock 45 caliber handgun, 4,988 grams of marijuana (approximately 11 pounds), 774 grams of meth tablets, 61 grams of methamphetamine, 14 grams of powder cocaine, $1,525 in cash, digital scales, and packaging material.
Ragster was arrested and booked into Caddo Correctional Center. He was charged with two counts of possession of schedule II with intent to distribute, possession of schedule I with Intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm with controlled and dangerous substance.
