Pastor arrested for cyberstalking
A Marshall, Texas, pastor was arrested today for cyberstalking, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.
Matthew Darren Wood, 38, of 37 Pine Burr Circle, was issued a misdemeanor summons by Caddo Detective Robert Greer after Wood turned himself in at the sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Division.
Wood is accused of sending several anonymous, sexually-explicit e-mails to a 21-year-old Shreveport woman one day this past March. The messages made several references to the woman’s breasts.
The woman had at one time attended Wood’s church in Marshall.
