Caddo Parish Sheriff’s detectives have arrested a teenager for sexually assaulting a child, said Sheriff Steve Prator.  

On June 2, Detective Ray Saunders with the Youth Services Unit arrested a 17-year-old juvenile for the offense. A forensic interview revealed that the victim was assaulted on multiple occasions. 

Det. Saunders arrested and charged the juvenile with First Degree Rape and Indecent Behavior with Juveniles.  He was booked into the Caddo Juvenile Detention Center.
