Caddo Sheriff to host on-line hunter education classes
Hunters who need hunter safety education certification can do most of the work on-line and in the convenience of their own home, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.
A one-hour class to get on-line participants started will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, October 15, at the Caddo Correctional Center. After completing the remainder of the course work at home, participants will be required to attend a field day session from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. October 24 at the Caddo Sheriff’s Regional Training Academy on Highway One South.
Pre-registration is not required for the training or field day, and there is no charge. For more information, contact Cpl. Richard Smith at the Academy at 681-0735.
