Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator held a ceremony at Government Plaza to promote five deputies and recognize several others for outstanding service.

Sergeants E.J. Parker and Nickie Mastrodomenico were both promoted to lieutenant. Lieutenant Disha Darby was promoted to captain, and Corporals Tabatha Wynn and Larry Pierce were both promoted to the rank of sergeant. 

Parker, Wynn, and Pierce will continue to manage and oversee teams in the Patrol Division. Mastrodomenico will take over as the head of the Classification Unit at Caddo Correctional Center, and Darby will now be responsible for overseeing the support administration in the Detention Division.

The Sheriff also acknowledged several employees for their 30 years of service. The employees recognized for their long term commitment to public service were Deputies Cassandra Patterson and Charles Schule Jr., Corporals Marlin Marshall and Rickey Anderson, and Captain Sharon Piggs.
