Caddo Deputies investigate collision on Mira Myrtis Road

The Caddo Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a major traffic accident on Mira Myrtis Road.

Sgt. James Norwood from the Caddo Sheriff's Patrol Division reported that at 10:11 a.m., deputies responded to a head-on collision involving an 18-wheeler and a green Camaro. When they arrived at 10:14 a.m., they found that the driver of the Camaro had been ejected from the vehicle and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The driver was taken to Ochsner Medical Center by North Caddo Ambulance. The driver of the 18-wheeler was not injured in the collision.

Mira Myrtis Road is closed from Highway 1 to Hosston Rodessa Road North.
