Three adults and a juvenile are in jail this morning for breaking into at least seven vehicles at Southview Estates.

Witnesses in the neighborhood at 9973 Mansfield Road reported seeing four people entering residents’ cars in the early morning hours. The witnesses provided a description of the suspects and their car to deputies, who spotted the car around 4:45 a.m. at the intersection of Dean Road and Bert Kouns.

Caddo Deputy Robert Presley stopped the vehicle and foundstolen items, including a GPS, money, and other electronics, inside the car. Arrested were Patrick Stanley, 17, Gentry Vinson II, 17, and Christopher Vinson, 19, all of Keithville. A 15-year-old boy was also arrested.

All of the adults were booked into Caddo Correctional Center on seven counts of vehicle burglary and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. The boy was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center on the burglary charges.

Caddo Sheriff’s Cpl. Harold Woodard said all of the vehicles that were broken into had been left unlocked. Deputies advise always locking your vehicle and removing valuables from sight when leaving your vehicle unattended.
