Caddo Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr. announced the promotion of 16 employees during a ceremony held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 13, at 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, LA, in the Council Chamber on the first floor.

The following promotions were made:

- **Lieutenants in Patrol**: Christopher Woods, Jessica Benvage, and Tamara Kendrick.
- **Sergeants in Patrol**: Matthew Fizzell, Ray Saunders, Justin Sundquist, and Brian Johnson.
- **Sergeant in Detectives**: Demetrice Adams-Ellis.
- **Sergeant in Probation**: Dennis Williams.
- **Lieutenants in Detention**: Parker Crockett and Tamika Brewer.
- **Sergeants in Detention**: Alisha House, A'Breenna Williams, and Brian Riley.
- **Lieutenant in Training**: Lisa Jones.
- **Lieutenant in Narcotics**: John Witham, Jr.
