A man from Blanchard has been arrested for allegedly distributing child pornography, according to Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr.

On Wednesday, April 9, Timothy Ouzts, 45, was taken into custody following an investigation led by Investigator Thomas Lites from the Sheriff’s Cyber Crimes Unit.

During the investigation at Ouzts's residence in the 8200 block of Ramblewood Drive, authorities discovered that he possessed files containing child pornography and was distributing these images.

Ouzts has been booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on one count pornography involving juveniles with distribution. The investigation is ongoing.
