The Caddo Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit has arrested a man from Blanchard for the sexual assault of a juvenile, as stated by Sheriff Henry Whitehorn, Sr.

On June 4th, Detective BreAnna Gerbine contacted Andrew Wiggins, 40, at a residence on Pathways Loop in Blanchard regarding allegations against him that had been reported to the Sheriff’s Office. Wiggins was taken to the detective's office for further investigation. Following this, he was arrested and transported to the Caddo Correctional Center, where he was booked on two counts of molestation of a juvenile and one count of oral sexual battery.
