Andrew Wiggins of Pathway Loop in Blanchard, was arrested at his workplace on June 4, 2025. The arrest followed an investigation by Det. BreAnna Gerbine of the CPSO Special Victims Unit, after the parents of a local juvenile reported disclosures made to them by their child about sexual assaults with Wiggins, a family friend.
During her investigation, Det. Gerbine learned that Wiggins had sex with the child on multiple occasions, beginning when the juvenile was 14 years old and continuing to the age of 15. To keep the relationship secret, Wiggins threatened to commit suicide if the juvenile told anyone about the assaults.
Wiggins was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on two counts of Molestation of a Juvenile and one count of Oral Sexual Battery.
